There are three types of membership depending on your status.

All our events (except EWAAC London and APDA Kyoto AWard) will be

organised for our membrs only so we will send our newsletter

only to our members so join us if you wish to apply for our events.

Any artist in the world can apply.

There are many members' benefits to enjoy and can upgrade to Premium M.ship once selected for finalists.

Receive our newsletter and special offer news regularly.
Can enter APDA Kyoto Award for 50% discount entry fees.
Can enter EWAAC London. for 50% discount entry fees.
Can apply for Artist in Residence in Kyoto
Can apply for Artist in Residence in UK
Members' works will be promoted and sold online and social medias to all over the world.
Members' works will be rented or sold to our corporate clients in Japan and UK via our Art Rental Service.
All members will be given Bilingual Profile page free for 1 year. Members can produce it by themselves or our design team can do it or help translation upon request.
Members will be invited to opening party (Privater view) of all events that we organize.
Non-Japanese members can book and stay at our Holiday flat in Tokyo at anytime in a year with family (subject to conditions) for up to 2 weeks at special discounted fee.
Enter EWAAC or APDA Kyoto AWard to be selected for finalists, then the member can apply for Premium M.ship.

Some additional benefits.

Any art collectors (individual and corporate) can apply for this M.ship which will increase opportunities to meet artists through our events.

Benefits (会員の特典)

Art collectors, art lovers are very important for our artists so they are welcome to join us.
Art collector members include individual art collector as well as corporate members such as companies, restaurants, hotels etc.
Receive our newsletter and special offer news regularly.
To be invited to all of our events and exhibitions so that the members can meet our artists naturally and can find many new works to see and buy.
Every three months, members will receive a list of selected works for purchase or rental via our Art Rental Service.
If art collectors wish to meet their favourite artist member personally, we will arrange to let you visit this artist's studio in UK or abroad upon request.
Non-Japanese members can book and stay at our Holiday flat in Tokyo at anytime in a year with family (subject to conditions) for up to 2 weeks at special discounted fee.
If a member wish to come to UK or go to Kyoto / Tokyo, Japan we can make custome made itinerary for the member upon request. We can supply Japanese or English speaking guide who has knowledge of art business.

Notice of change of membership rule

Memabership can be applied at any time in a year and not by enf of February. Membership will be valid for 12 months from the date receive the membership card (PDF, online).

Premium membership can be awarded not only selected for finalists for EWAAC or APDA Kyoto Award but if EWAL selection committee aprove the eligibility of the candidates.

Premium members can renew the membership without entering

EWAAC or APDA Kyoto Award every year. Just pay the renewal fee.

However, if Premium members do not renew for two consecutive years, then the artists will lose the eligibility of renew the Premium membership and in that case the artists must enter EWAAC or APDA Kyoto Award again to be selected for finalists.
