    1) What is Premier Art Exhibition London ?

    A

    EWAL's newly launched art exhibition which will be held at London's top gallery, La Galleria Pall Mall. All selected and invited artists from all over the world will gather and exhibit their great works in London.

    2) Where is La Galleria?

    A

    Situated in Pall Mall, central London and has reputation of top prestigious art gallery in London. La galleria has been supporting us to help artists since 2010.

    3) Who is the organizer ?

    A

    EWAL started to organize EWAAC (East West Art Award Competion) in 2010 and other art events such as Duo exhibition, Artist in Residence in Kyoto and UK, EWAEE (East-West Artists Exchange Exhibition) in Kyoto and UK, Christmas Art Sale in Chelsea, online art sales etc. and our newly launched, Premier Art Exhibition at La Galleria.

    4) For the Premier Art Exhibition London, Who will be invited to exhibit ?

    A

    Selection is by invitation. Our selection committee is actively seeking outstanding artists from all over the world. They will extend invites and enquire about the availability of the works they have seen. They will also offer the option for the artist to suggest alternative works. Approval takes 3-5 working days

    5) What are prizes ?

    A

    We have fantastic prizes that will be presented by our sponsor, ANA and EWAL. ANA will present a return flight ticket (London - Tokyo / Osaka) for a winner of West and EWAL will present a free solo exhibition package in London for a winner of East. Also, each judge will select their own favourite work and give a full review of the work to the artist

    6) Who are selecting committee and who are judges ?

    A

    We have two separate panels; Selection committee who will identify suitable artists from all over the world for our exhibition and invites them to submit works and judges who will select winners from all exhibits and award the prizes, Our selection committee identifies artists suitable for our exhibition and invites them to submit works.

    7) What are benefits for you to exhibit ?

    A

    You will be honored to be selected and invited by us to exhibit at such a prestigious and expensive gallery in London. If your work was approved by our selection committee you can choose the size and fee of your exhibit. The fee is specially discounted for our exhibitors so affordable. Also all standard size exhibitors can enter Free Large Exhibit Competition which you can exhibit large work on the main wall free if you win. So winners can exhibit two works including large one. We can also sell your work at the gallery and at our online art sales etc.

    8) Only invited artists can exhibit ?

    A

    Yes, this is not an open call competition. Our selection committee will identify outstanding artists from all over the world and give opportunity to exhibit at our special exhibition. However, our Premium members will be invited first. If you were not invited you can send three images of your works and URL of your web-site for our selection committee's consideration if you wish.

    9) Is there any themes for the exhibition ?

    A

    We will have two themes for the exhibition. We will suggest different theme every year and we will also accept free theme as well every year in order to help artists who has no time to produce new work for the theme.

    10) Where to deliver or ship works for the exhibition ?

    A

    You have 3 options for delivering the work: 1) bring the work to La Galleria at the specified date and time. 2) ship the work to our studio (there is size restriction for us to receive) 3) use our print and frame service (for prints, photography, digital arts)

    11) I was invited but I do not have any work to exhibit ?

    A

    If you were invited but if you have no selected or alternative works to exhibit, you will be able to produce a new work after secure your place of that size but you still need to get approval from our selection committee when the work is ready to exhibit. You must complete your new work and get approval by 20th July 2019.

    12) What is the Print & Frame Service ?

    A

    We set up this service for overseas print making artists, photographers and digital artists who can only send high quality images (300 dpi jpg) to us and we can do the rest for the artists. In this way, the artists do not need to pay for expensive shipping costs (return) and avoid being taxed at customs and no worry about damage of the work during shipping. After the exhibition, we can send back only print in a tube by post which you can save shipping cost as well.

    13) What is the large canvas work shipping support service for overseas artists?

    A

    If your work is large canvas painting, you can remove the canvas from wooden frame and roll it and put in a tube and send separately with the frame to our studio in UK. Now many shipping company will charge as volume weight so that the large and light weight item like canvas painting will be very expensive to ship and has a risk to get damage. Also it will be taxed at customs. In order to avoid these, you can ship separate tube ad frame to our studio (there is size restriction to receive). We can keep them and bring them to the gallery on 27th so you can refix them by yourself at the gallery.

    14) Can you sell my work at the exhibition?

    A

    Of course. It is important for the artist and ourselves. EWAL will charge only 20% of selling price and the gallery will not charge any in order to support our artists. We can also sell the work and other works of the artist at our online Art Sales & Rental Services which we target to sell to our corporate clients in Japan and UK.

    15) What will happen with my exhibit after the exhibition ?

    A

    If you brought your work to the gallery on 27th, please come to collect on Saturday, 2nd November between 12:00 noon and 3:00 pm to the gallery. Your protected box and wrapping sheets etc will be kept at basement of the gallery so you can reuse to protect your work. If you shipped the work to our studio, we can bring back to our studio and ship back to your country ( we will give you a quotation of shipping costs). If you used our Print & Frame Service, we will send back the print only by post. If you wish us to keep the work until our Christmas Art Sale at our show room in Chelsea, we can keep it and sell in December for you but not large and heavy works. If we cannot sell at our Christmas sale then we will ship back to your address.

    16) What is Premium membership ?

    A

    Only the exhibitors of Premier Art Exhibition London can apply Premium Membership which has various member's benefits and privileges including invitation to the next Premier Art Exhibition prior to new invited exhibitors.
